Customer Service Week Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is open to eligible AfriLuck players who are 18 years of age or older and who meet all applicable AfriLuck account and verification requirements.
2. The promotion will run during the stated Customer Service Week promotional period.
3. Only qualifying player activity completed during the promotional period will be considered.
4. The Top Player of the Week will win a Samsung headset.
5. AfriLuck will verify the winning player's eligibility before awarding the prize.
6. The winner may be contacted using the official contact details registered on their AfriLuck account.
7. The winner may be required to provide valid identification and/or any other information reasonably required for verification.
8. If a selected winner cannot be verified or is found to be ineligible, AfriLuck reserves the right to select another qualifying player.
9. By participating in the promotion, players confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
