1. Introduction & acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between LDS Ghana.com Ltd (trading as “AfriluckBet”, “we”, “us”) and you, the player, in respect of your use of the AfriluckBet website, apps and services. AfriluckBet operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, including the Gaming Act, 2006 (Act 721), and is licensed and regulated by the Gaming Commission of Ghana under licence number GCCA26U1558W. By using the services, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms and Responsible Gaming Policy.
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Where a change is material, we will notify you and, where required, ask you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the services.
2. Definitions
“Account” means your AfriluckBet player account. “Services” means all games, betting and related content we make available. “GHS” means Ghana Cedis. Section headings are for convenience only.
3. Eligibility & legal age
You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction. Underage gambling is a criminal offence. We may request proof of age and identity at any time and may suspend your account until verification is complete. If you are found to be underage, your account will be closed, deposits returned and any winnings and bonuses voided.
You must be accessing the services from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the services is legal where you are located.
4. Opening and operating an account
You may open only one account — per person, household, IP address, device or payment method, unless we expressly approve otherwise — using accurate personal details that match your mobile-money and identification records. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not transfer, sell or allow any third party to use your account.
Employees, directors and agents of LDS Ghana.com Ltd and their close relatives may not hold an account or use the services.
5. Identity verification (KYC) & anti-money laundering
To comply with our licence and applicable anti-money laundering law, we verify the identity of our customers. Verification at sign-up is normally completed using your mobile number and identification number. We may request documentary verification (e.g. Ghana Card, Voter’s ID card, passport or driver's licence, and proof of address) at any time, and in particular once your are withdrawing reach or where we have reasonable grounds for further checks.
We may freeze your account, withhold access to funds and pause gambling activity until verification is completed to our satisfaction. We operate an anti-money laundering policy and reserve the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities, including the Financial Intelligence Centre, and to withhold funds reasonably believed to derive from unlawful activity. You warrant that your funds do not derive from criminal activity and that you are not acting on behalf of a third party.
6. Deposits
Deposits can be made via the methods shown in the Deposit section. The minimum deposit is GHS 1. We are not responsible for charges applied by your mobile-money or payment provider. Funds must come from an account in your own name.
7. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is GHS 1 and the maximum daily withdrawal is GHS 5000. Withdrawals are normally returned to the same method used to deposit, and the name on that method must match your account. We may carry out verification before paying out and may decline withdrawals where these Terms have been breached. We do not charge withdrawal fees, although provider charges may apply.
Following the 2025 repeal of the withholding tax on betting, gaming and lottery winnings, AfriluckBet does not deduct withholding tax from player winnings. Should the law change, we will deduct and remit any tax required and update these Terms accordingly.
8. Bonuses & promotions
Bonuses, free spins and promotions are subject to specific Bonus Terms published with each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum stake/win and expiry. A minimum-wagering rule may apply before a deposit and related winnings can be withdrawn. We may vary, suspend or withdraw any promotion, and may void bonuses and related winnings where we identify bonus abuse, irregular play or breach of these Terms.
9. Bet acceptance, game rules & winnings
A bet or game round is valid once confirmed and there are sufficient funds in your account. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or changed. Each game's rules, minimum and maximum stakes and RTP are available within the game. Where there is a discrepancy between your device and our servers, our server records are the official result. Winnings are credited to your account; funds credited in error may be reversed.
10. Game malfunctions
Malfunctions void all related plays and pays. If a game malfunctions, affected rounds and any resulting wins or payouts may be void, and we may correct balances accordingly.
11. Responsible gaming
We are committed to responsible gaming and provide tools including deposit limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion. Full details, self-assessment and support contacts are in our Responsible Gaming Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Account suspension & closure
We may suspend, restrict or close your account, void bets and/or withhold funds where we reasonably believe you have: held multiple accounts; provided false details; allowed third-party use; engaged in fraud, collusion, cheating, money laundering or use of prohibited software or systems; abused promotions; breached these Terms; or where we are required to do so by law or our licence, or where you are identified as a politically exposed person or sanctioned individual. Lawful balances will be returned subject to these Terms.
13. Dormant accounts
An account with no activity for [12] months may be treated as dormant.
14. Complaints & disputes
If you have a complaint, contact customer support at suppot@afriluckbet.com. We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. If a complaint cannot be resolved, it may be escalated to the Gaming Commission of Ghana. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
15. Limitation of liability
The services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from internet or connectivity interruptions, device or hardware malfunctions, system failures, delayed or failed transmissions, software bugs, or other technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our maximum liability in relation to any bet is limited to the value of that bet.
16. Intellectual property
All software, content and trademarks on AfriluckBet are owned by us or our providers and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute them.
17. Privacy & data protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). By using the services you consent to that processing.
18. General
If any provision is found invalid, the remainder continues in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms; you may not. The English-language version prevails over any translation. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services.
