Responsible Gaming

Last updated: 30 June 2026

Our commitment

Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to make money or escape problems. We promote awareness of problem gambling and support prevention, intervention and access to help. We want you to stay in control and aware of the potential social and financial harms associated with problem gambling.

Tools to help you stay in control

Tool

What it does

Deposit limits

Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Reductions apply immediately; increases take effect after a cooling delay.

Cooling-off

Take a short break. Your account is suspended for a minimum of 24 hours (up to a chosen period). You cannot bet during this time.

Temporary self-exclusion

Close your account for a set period of at least 1 month. You cannot reopen it or open new accounts during this period.

Long-term self-exclusion

Self-exclude for a minimum of 3 months (or longer). All marketing stops and access is blocked for the chosen period.

Reality checks

Optional on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing.

To set any of these, use your account settings or contact support at support@afriluckbet.com / live chat, stating the option and duration. We will confirm once the break or limit is in place. If your account still has a balance, we will arrange a withdrawal or, with your consent, hold it until the period ends. Unsettled bets are settled on the event result.

Self-assessment: do you have a gambling problem?

Answering “yes” to several of the following may indicate a problem. If this sounds like you, please consider using the tools above and contacting one of the support resources below.

•    Have you borrowed money, or sold anything, to finance gambling?

•    Have you been reluctant to use “gambling money” for normal spending?
